Guide to changing and cancelling students’ enrollment in WALES

We would like to inform you about our process on students’ registration, changes and cancellation due to coronavirus.

Because of the spread of COVID-19, from February 2, 2020, the Philippine government has banned inbound flights from China, Macau and Hong Kong to the country per President Duterte’s declaration.

In addition, the Philippine government has included Taiwan in its list of countries with travel ban in February 10, 2020.

Due to the abovementioned measures of the Philippine government, WALES will take the following steps for students’ changes and cancellation and new registration from the affected countries.

These measures will only affect students who have already enrolled.

Within 30 days of departure

For changes:
Arrival date of students can be changed. They will also be given priority for room vacancy.
WALES will cover the cost of changing airfare, SSP and airport pick up fee. Student will be reimbursed upon their arrival in school.

*Only applicable for students coming from countries with travel ban
*For those who had already booked a flight ticket
*Students must prove their flights were cancelled by the airline companies

For cancellations:
Please refer to the school’s refund policy

*Registration fee is non-refundable

More than 30 days of departure

For changes:
Arrival date of students can be changed but will depend on school’s vacancy.
The cost of changing airfare shall be covered by students
