As of now, I can recognize my English skill enhancement through my scores and speaking. I have already been here for 6 months. When I first came here, I took the TOEIC exam but my score was terrible which was 356/990… Afterwards, I studied for 3 months in ESL Flexible. Even though that course has only 5 classes a day, I ended up getting 722 which is almost 2 times as high as I got on the entrance exam.

I started to study IELTS after 3 months, and my score has risen from 4.0 to 5.0. It’s already the 2nd month so I would like to raise my score more to get my goal score.

Teachers are diligent in helping me to make my score better through preparations and good teaching methods. Specifically, I like their methods about “examples”. Some teachers give examples which matches students’ purposes and preferences, while other teachers always ask examples so that students can really assimilate in their conversation and exams.

Even so, there is also negative point.. It is “Korean population”. When we go out together, they mostly have spoken Korean so I couldn’t get into their conversation several times. I know it’s also my lack but in case there are more nationalities that I could have interacted with, my weekend would be more attractive.

However, to sum it up, I can say classes have been sufficient so much and I appreciate teachers’ passion.
